PHOENIX -- A cold front moved through Arizona Friday morning, ushering in a cooler and drier air mass.
This afternoon is expected to be breezy across the state, with northerly winds 10 to 20 mph in the Valley by this evening.
Saturday is also expected to be breezy. Temperatures will drop behind the front, with highs in the high country in the 50s and 60s today and through the weekend and overnight lows dipping to the 20s and 30s. Skies should stay clear with no precipitation expected.
The Valley will only top out in the upper 80s today under sunny skies. Overnight lows will range from the low 50s to low 60s across town. Saturday afternoon will bring high temperatures in the mid 80s and more sunshine. Sunday will be a bit warmer with a high over 90 degrees.
