PHOENIX -- The first full day of fall will bring a cool treat for Arizonans.
It was a chilly morning in the high country with lows in the low 30s and our first Freeze Warning of the season.
In the Valley, many neighborhoods fell to the upper 50s, a full 10-20 degrees cooler than the previous few mornings. Under clear skies, we'll see abundant sunshine and below-average afternoon temperatures peaking only near 92 degrees. Overnight lows will once again fall to the 60s.
Tomorrow, expect more sunshine and a high of about 96 degrees.
Windy weather will move in on Wednesday, especially in the high country, as another cold front approaches. The storm isn't expected to bring any rain, but will drop temperatures back to the 80s for Thursday and Friday.
