PHOENIX -- Every year the Holidays seem to get here faster and faster. Especially Thanksgiving!

We always say "I need to get "that" done before the Holidays", then before you know it, it's here and your project is not done by the time your family and friends arrive.

Today we are talking about what to do, when to do it and in what order.

Also, some small projects with big impact when on a budget!

To begin:
-Kitchen Cabinets take 4-6 weeks to order then approximately 1 week for installation. Plus the measure and design process, need to start now!
-Countertops will take 2-3 weeks after template (being measured)
-Flooring, even if in stock, will take 2-3 weeks to get on the install schedule. Then approximately 1 week for installation.
-Blinds and Window Treatments take approximately 2-3 weeks after measuring, if Home Depot is installing and 7-10 working days if you're a DIY'er.
(All time frames will vary based on time of purchase and availability.)

Some smaller scale, less expensive projects that will be sure to make a difference:
-Paint, a fresh coat of paint on the walls and freshened up baseboards go a long way!!
-Add Hardware to your cabinets, looks beautiful and preserves your cabinetry from grease, grime and finger oils, since your touching the handle or knob and not the cabinets. There's an amazing template available to assist with the installation.
-Lighting, changing out a Ceiling Fan, a Vanity Light, a Chandelier or adding some pendant lights, all will make a big difference!

Of course, there are many more projects that can be done to get ready for the Holidays, decluttering and getting organized is always on the top of the list and takes a bit of time.

Now is the time to get started, so you're not rushing and there are a lot of AMAZING PROMOTIONS right now to help everyone save lots of money!!!!
