StairClimb and Firefighter Challenge
The 33th annual Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Fire Fighter Challenge invites the public to sweat alongside firefighters as they conquer more than 38 floors of the Snell & Wilmer building at the Arizona Center. This year's event features a special dedication to the 19 fallen Hot Shots of the Yarnell Fire tragedy, lead by Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton.
The event raises awareness and funds to help extinguish Cystic Fibrosis, a genetic disease affecting the lives of more than 30,000 children and young adults in the United States alone. Funds raised during the StairClimb and Firefighter Challenge will be put to work in laboratories, where researchers are working to find a cure for Cystitis Fibrosis.
