PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. -- Prescott Valley police said they arrested a man on multiple criminal charges Friday night after he hit a woman with his vehicle.

Authorities said they responded to the Jackass Bar at around 10:30 p.m. after receiving word of a pedestrian accident.

Police learned that there had been an altercation at the bar, and that a man named Robert William Hall had left the scene in his SUV.

Witnesses reported that Hall returned a short time later and drove towards a group of people who were standing near the shoulder of the road.

A 45-year-old woman wound up being struck by Hall’s vehicle.

Hall fled the scene, but he was located at his home in Prescott Valley.

Hall’s female roommate refused to cooperate with authorities and was arrested on a charge of hindering prosecution.

Hall was also booked into the Yavapai County Jail on one count of attempted negligent homicide, three counts of endangerment, and one count of aggravated assault.

The victim was flown to the Flagstaff Medical Center. She is believed to be in stable condition.
