Phony web report says Ariz schools using gay conversion therapy

PHOENIX -- A recent Internet report claims all Arizona schools will soon make students take gay conversion classes.

The report was from a website called NationalReport.net, but don’t be worried because the report’s a fake.

The website claimed that a gay conversion program will be instituted in all Arizona schools this fall to help homosexual boys and girls become heterosexuals.

The site even claims to have quotes from Gov. Jan Brewer in support of the program.

Thursday night, however, Gov. Brewer’s office told 3TV she’s never said anything about such a program.

The governor calls the report phony and vile, and says the authors should be ashamed of themselves.
