GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Police are continuing to investigate a bank robbery that happened a few days ago.

On Tuesday at about 5:45 p.m., police say the suspect went into a Safeway store on 51st and Olive avenues then went to the US Bank branch inside.

After waiting for customers to clear the teller area, police say he held up a demand note to the glass that read, "This is a robbery. Give me your money." An unspecified amount of money was given to him and he fled westbound.

No weapon was involved.

Police say the suspect is a Hispanic man who's between 25 and 35 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall and thin with a mustache. He was wearing a gray baseball hat and a long-sleeved white shirt with a black collar and black writing. He also had sunglasses.

Officials believe there's a possibility the robbery is related to a similar incident at the same location in May.
