TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) -- Wasp stings at a Tucson-area school sent several people to a hospital Tuesday.

Those stung at Butterfield Elementary School included three adults and three children.

Mountain Vista Fire District spokeswoman Laura Halady says the three children were taken to a hospital as a precaution.

She says the wasps came from a nest near a goal post on the school grounds.
