Man robs Scottsdale pharmacy for drugs

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Police are searching for a suspect who robbed a grocery store pharmacy Sunday morning.
 
Police say the suspect entered an Albertson's on the corner of Via Linda and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard around 7 a.m. He showed the pharmacist a handgun and demanded oxycodone.
 
He left on foot with an unknown amount of drugs. There were no injuries in the robbery.
 
Police only describe the suspect as white and in his mid-20s. Anyone with information is urged to call 480-WITNESS.
