Suspect linked to 12 pharmacy robberies in Phoenix, Scottsdale

PHOENIX – Police have released surveillance video of a suspect linked to a dozen armed robberies at Valley pharmacies and are seeking information about his identity.

Police said the "OCD Bandit" has robbed 12 pharmacies in the north-central Phoenix and Scottsdale areas since Dec. 27.

According to Silent Witness coordinator Sgt. Darren Burch, the suspect walks to the pharmacy counter, displays a black semiautomatic handgun and demands oxycodone. After obtaining the drugs, he flees the location on foot.

The suspect is described as a white or light-skinned Hispanic male, 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet tall and 160 to 180 pounds.

Anyone with information regarding the suspect is asked to contact Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS or silentwitness.org. A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered in the case.
