PHOENIX -- As we work to get our kids back into the school routine, we can’t forget about keeping them active.

Sunday kicks off “Exercising With Your Kids Week,” so Power and Motion Crossfit owner Joshua Otero and Crossfit coach Will Burkhart stopped by 3TV to provide a few  tips for keeping ourselves and our kids in shape.
