PHOENIX (AP) -- A new trial date has been set for an Iraqi man who faces firearms charges in federal court.
Abdullatif Ali Aldosary's trial is now set to begin on Sept. 3.
His lawyers had asked for a new trial date to give them more time to prepare.
Aldosary has pleaded not guilty in federal court to three counts of being a felon in possession of a gun and ammunition.
In Pinal County, Aldosary faces state charges in the Nov. 30 bombing outside a Social Security Administration building in Casa Grande, about 50 miles south of Phoenix.
He also is charged in Pinal County with first-degree murder in the Nov. 27 death of a man who worked at a grain business in the community of Maricopa.
