PHOENIX (AP) -- After two weeks on the rise, gasoline prices at the pump around Arizona are lower this week.

This week's national average is at $3.63 per gallon, also down by almost 3 cents from last week.
Analysts say high crude oil costs will make for a volatile month for fuel prices.

South Carolina has the lowest average gas prices in the continental U.S. at $3.30 a gallon with Connecticut having the highest at $4 a gallon.
