PHOENIX -- As monsoon moisture returns to Arizona, storm chances will increase over the next couple of days.
Today, look for a 30 percent chance of storms in the mountains. The Valley will likely stay dry, with partly sunny skies and a high of about 108 degrees.
The Valley will have a 20 percent chance of storms both tomorrow and Friday as more monsoon moisture works its way back into the state. Storm chances will be increased Thursday and Friday across the state, too.
A low-grade monsoon pattern continues for the weekend, bringing more isolated storm activity to the high country, but only a slight chance for Valley storms Saturday and Sunday. Weekend temperatures should be a few degrees cooler, peaking near 105 degrees.
