MESA, Ariz. -- Police have released surveillance video of two people stealing a safe from a Mesa pizzeria and are asking for the public's help to identify them.

According to the Mesa Police Department, two people entered Venezia's Pizzeria near Guadalupe and Ellsworth roads around 5 a.m. on July 16. They removed a safe and left in a silver Dodge quad cab pickup truck.

The other suspect is described as a white female in her 40s with a medium build and longer brown or red hair in a ponytail. Police said she is a cigarette smoker.

The truck had tinted windows, oxidation on the roof and hood, after-market covers on the taillights, black tubular step bars, chrome bumper, a license plate in the rear driver's side window, and a wheelchair plate possibly located in the rear window on the driver's side.
