FLAGSTAFF, Ariz -- A strong thunderstorm parked over Flagstaff at about noon on Thursday and left much of the city underwater.

Video and images from the area show severe street flooding from heavy rain and hail.

Police were directing traffic at one intersection.

Much of Route 66 from Fanning to 4th Street was flooded.

There are no reports of any serious injuries or significant damage.

The National Weather Service in Flagstaff issued a Flash Flood Warning until 2:00 p.m. for central Coconino County that includes the City of Flagstaff.
