3 Suspects sought in Phoenix Circle K armed robbery

PHOENIX -- Police are searching for three people who robbed a Phoenix Circle K Wednesday morning.

The suspects entered the convenience store on Cave Creek Road near Peoria Avenue at approximately 5:30 a.m., displayed a weapon and demanded money.

After receiving the money, the suspects left the store. No one was injured.

One suspect is described as a black male, 18 to 20 years old, 6 feet 2 inches tall, 180 pounds with a mustache. He used a shirt to try to conceal his face.

The second suspect is a Hispanic male, 18 to 20 years old, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 140 pounds, wearing a light-colored hooded sweatshirt.

The third suspect is Hispanic, 18 to 20 years old, 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall and 180 pounds. A shirt was used to conceal the person's face.

The suspects are possibly linked to other armed robberies at Circle K stores since June 18. Those locations are: 6322 N. 12th St., Phoenix; 1149 E. Glendale Ave., Phoenix; 701 W. Bethany Home Road, Phoenix; and 4306 W. Maryland Ave., Glendale.

Police have released photos and surveillance video from the Glendale robbery.

Anyone with information about the suspects is asked to contact Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS or silentwitness.org. A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered.
