PHOENIX -- A family of three was released early this morning after a kidnapping incident in Phoenix.

Last night around 11:30 p.m., three men wearing masks broke into a home looking for a specific man. When they couldn't find him, they forced a 4-year-old boy and his parents to go with them.

Police are still determining if the kidnapping was random.

The suspects were only described as Hispanic. Police were originally looking for a maroon, 4-door Nissan Maxima, but it's unsure if they're still searching for it.

There is no word yet on the family's condition.
