Police update description of homicide victim found in Tempe street

TEMPE, Ariz. -- Tempe police have updated the description of an unidentified homicide victim found early Saturday morning in the area of McClintock Drive and Baseline Road.
Police responded to the 1900 block of East Minton Drive at around 4:30 a.m. and found a woman's naked body in the middle of the road.
The victim is described as 15 to 19 years old, Hispanic or Native American, 4 feet 10 inches to 5 feet tall and 110 to 120 pounds with short brown/auburn-colored hair.
Police said she has a scar on the outside of her right wrist and a surgical-type scar on her throat. She also has braces on her teeth, turquoise stud earrings and a small diamond stud nose ring in her right nostril.
Police said there were obvious signs of trauma to her body but did not release further details.
There is no suspect information at this time.
Investigators released a composite sketch of the victim and are asking for the public's help to identify her. Anyone with information about the victim or the events surrounding her death are asked to contact the Tempe Police Department.
