PHOENIX -- Phoenix and Chandler fire departments conducted a rescue on South Mountain Saturday.

At about 10:30 a.m., a woman in her 40's was brought down by a big-wheel and brush truck. She was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The Phoenix Fire Department reminds hikers to stay hydrated, and be mindful of how long they hike in the heat.

"Two hours in the heat is different than two hours in February," said Larry Nunez, spokesman for the Phoenix Fire Department.
