PHOENIX -- Frank Marquez is back in jail again. This time, according to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, he's charged with contracting without a license, advertising violations and driving around on a suspended license.

It all stems from a sting operation in which Marquez reportedly agreed to do $5,000 in work for undercover agents even though he's not properly licensed.

The allegations may sound familiar because Frank Marquez has been profiled several times before in 3 On Your Side for allegedly taking large amounts of money up front and then never doing the job he was paid to do.

The last time we caught up with Marquez, he was leaving a courtroom where he turned down a plea deal with prosecutors.  John Fuery was in the courtroom at the time and told 3 On Your Side he's just one of many victims who gave Marquez money and received nothing.

"I hired Frank Marquez to do some cabinets, the installation he took our deposit of $900 plus and then he never came back, could not get in touch with him. I tried contacting his father because they both showed up."

If being arrested and put in jail isn't enough, just last month, Marquez was put on probation and ordered to pay victims $20,000.

His so-called rap sheet continues to grow.
