PHOENIX -- Are you considering opening up your home and heart to a new pet? Well, now is the perfect chance to find your new best friend.

The Arizona Humane Society's dog adoption kennels are full. In order to find forever homes for the dogs, puppies, cats and kittens and to help free up space, AHS is hosting a 72-hour Adoption Fever Special.

Between Friday and Sunday, adoption fees are discounted up to $125 off at all three AHS adoption locations.

Adoption fees for puppies and purebreds are just $35. Cats and kittens are $20. Typically, canine fees range from $110 to $160 and felines cost $50 to $75.

All adoptions include a spay or neuter surgery, first vaccinations, a free follow-up vet exam, ID tag and collar.
