Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients
½ Cup Buttermilk
¼ Cup Distilled Vinegar
¾ Cup Mexi Crema
¼ Cup Lemon Juice
2 Cups (packed) Basil Leaves
2 Cups (packed)  Spinach Leaves
6 Full Sprigs Taragon Leaves
1 Tbsp. Roasted Garlic
2 Tbsp. Minced Shallots
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
¼ tsp. Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Instructions
Blend all ingredients together and chill for 2 hours.
