PHOENIX -- A reward is being offered to help identify and locate a man who kidnapped and sexually assaulted a jogger in the West Valley on April 29.

According to police, the suspect was driving a newer-model black cargo van as he approached a 38-year-old woman while she was jogging near Bethany Home and El Mirage roads in Litchfield Park at around 10 p.m.

The man told the victim he had a gun and forced her into the van. He then drove to a dirt field near Butler Drive and El Mirage Road in El Mirage where he sexually assaulted her.

The suspect fled the area in the van.

Police have released a composite sketch of the suspect described as a Hispanic male, 25 to 35 years old with a "clean cut" appearance and a crew-cut haircut.
