TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) -- Tucson police say they're investigating a knife fight that resulted in the death of a 14-year-old boy.
Police spokesman Sgt. Chris Widmer says officers responded to a report of a stabbing late Friday at an apartment complex and found the teen suffering from multiple stab wounds.
The boy was taken to a hospital, but he died the next morning.
Officers also found a 15-year-old boy inside one of the apartments who had been stabbed multiple times. His injuries were not life threatening.
After talking to witnesses, detectives determined that the two teens had gotten into a fight in the parking lot of the apartment complex. Both pulled out knives and stabbed each other.
Widmer says no arrests have been made and the investigation continues. It was not immediately clear what prompted the fight.
