PRESCOTT, Ariz. -- Prescott police said they arrested a man late Thursday night after he sexually abused two women in a downtown bar.

According to police, 32-year-old Antonio Lopez Perez approached two women who were dancing at the bar and forcibly grabbed them in a sexual manner.

The women did not know Perez, and were upset by his behavior.

Perez fled the bar, but bar staff called Prescott police, and officers located Perez two blocks away.

The women were able to identify Perez as the man who had grabbed them, and police took him into custody.

After his arrest, Perez reportedly told police that he was “loco” and did not speak any English. Police attempted to interview him in Spanish, but Perez chose not to talk.

Perez has since been booked into the Yavapai County Jail on two felony counts of sexual abuse.
