Police searching for missing Prescott Valley area woman

PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz, -- The Prescott Valley Police Department is searching for a woman after she went missing on Saturday.
According to Prescott Valley police, Emily Moon, a 38-year-old Chino Valley resident left her residence near Navajo and Yavapai to get some cigarettes and never returned. She left personal items behind leading residents to believe she would return soon. At this time family and friends have not heard from Moon and are concerned.
She is described as a white female who is 5’7’ tall, with brown hair, green eyes and is 160 pounds. She was reportedly wearing a white tank top, blue jeans and sneakers.
Prescott Valley police say she recently spent time in Flagstaff and lives in the Chino Valley area. Moon has also reportedly been known to hitchhike.
The Prescott Valley Police Department is asking anyone with information on Moon’s whereabouts to call 928-772-9267 or their local police department.
