PHOENIX  -- Last week was a whirlwind in the Jodi Arias murder trial: another juror was released, and it was discovered that Arias was tweeting and running a business from behind bars.

More drama could be in store this week, as the defense hopes to present new evidence to the jury.

The evidence consists of enhanced images of Travis Alexander just before he was stabbed and shot to death.

Criminal defense attorney Julio Laboy has been following the case. On Monday's Good Morning Arizona, he sat down with Scott Pasmore to give us his take on all the developments.

He says her recent actions show that she might not realize the importance of the trial. "It just seems unprecedented to me," Laboy says. "You're on trial for what could be your life, and you're engaging in social media and casting barbs. In some ways it could be a demonstration of her being just completely disconnected from the magnitude of this all."

Laboy says he doesn't expect the most recent juror release to have much of an impact on the case. He also says he suspects the jurors are getting tired, but observes that they're still engaged and are asking good questions.
