PHOENIX -- A Parks and Recreation employee accused of child molestation pleaded not guilty Thursday morning.
Arthur Rey Juarez, 42, is accused of molesting three teenage boys in the 1990s.
Phoenix police said the alleged incidents occurred at Juarez's home between 1995 and 1998 when the victims were 13, 14 and 15 years old.
The two brothers and their cousin initially reported these crimes in 2001, but they were unsure if they desired prosecution at the time and the case was closed, according to Phoenix police spokesman Sgt. Steve Martos.
Juarez was arrested March 30 after a case review by the Child Crimes Task Force.
