2 Bicyclists hit by car in North Scottsdale

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Two bicyclists were hit by a car near 92nd Place and Legend Trail Parkway in Scottsdale Wednesday morning.

Scottsdale Fire Department paramedics treated the bicyclists at the scene before they were airlifted to a local hospital.

Officials said the injuries weren't serious.

Aerial video from the scene showed three bicycles on the ground.

The 82-year-old driver of the RAV4 said the sun was in her eyes and she didn't see the bikes. She has been cited.
