PHOENIX -- A Phoenix man charged with 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor pleaded not guilty Thursday morning.
Christopher Ray Jurgens, 46, was arrested March 21 after police said they found child pornography in his home, which is located near a school bus stop in the area of Van Buren and 32nd streets.
According to court documents, police found thousands of images depicting the sexual exploitation of minors on Jurgens' computer and external hard drives, as well as printed material of children engaged in sex acts.
Police spokesman Sgt. Tommy Thompson said detectives also found child-type candy and drinks, children's clothes, toys and coloring books, but there were no children living in the residence.
