Four Easy-to-Do Tricks For Allergies That Don't Cost a Dime!
Shower at night        (you are not lying in the pollen with it still in your hair from the day)
Wear a wide-brim hat    (Yes a hat will save you from more than a bad sunburn, it prevents the allergens from hitting your face)

Do not dry your clothes outside
Close the windows at night    (we all want them open right now- but resist if you have allergies)


Sauce gribiche

6 each hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp champagne vinegar
1 tbsp capers, drained and rinsed
2 tsp chopped tarragon
2 tsp chopped Italian parsley
1 tsp chopped chervil
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup vegetable oil

Split the eggs in half and place the cooked yolks into a mixing bowl. Finely chop egg whites and set aside.
Using a fork, break apart yolks until they are a fine crumble. Mix in dijon mustard and vinegar to create a paste. Slowly drizzle in salad oil, whisking constantly until all oil is incorporated.
Fold in the rest of ingredients including chopped eggs whites. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Use to top fish, chicken or vegetables.
