PHOENIX (AP) -- A June 10 trial has been set for a man who is accused of killing two people and injuring three others at a Phoenix strip club.
Gavin Macfarlane of Scottsdale has pleaded not guilty to murder, attempted murder and aggravated assault charges in the December 2010 shooting at the Great Alaskan Bush Company.
Macfarlane is accused of shooting four people with a revolver and attacking a fifth person.
Patrons tackled and beat Macfarlane after he ran out of ammunition.
A security guard at the club and a club patron died in the attack.
Police say a man and woman were wounded, while another man was hit in the face by Macfarlane.
