PHOENIX -- Two Valley brothers are once again able to get out and enjoy life after one kind individual came forward to lend a helping hand.

3TV first spoke with Freddie Tipfer and his brother James after surveillance video captured thieves stealing their tricycles.

Freddie and James are disabled, and need their tricycles for activities like picking up medicine, buying groceries, and getting exercise.

Their story first aired on 3TV on Thursday, and immediately after several people called Landis Cyclery in Phoenix wanting to know how they could help.

One anonymous individual wound up completely eliminating the Tipfers’ problems by buying them both new tricycles.

“I can’t thank them enough, I really can’t,” said James Tipfer.

The Tipfer brothers also received new, heavy duty locks, so hopefully their new tricycles will remain in their possession for many years to come.
