PHOENIX (AP) -- A third woman arrested in a Phoenix police investigation into a fake coupon ring has pleaded guilty to counterfeiting.

Maricopa County prosecutors say 41-year-old Robin Ramirez entered into a plea agreement Thursday and is facing a jail sentence of up to two years plus supervised probation.

Ramirez also would be required to pay restitution to victims. Her sentencing date hasn't been set yet.

Ramirez and two other women were arrested last July after an eight-week investigation.

Police say they seized more than $25 million worth of fake coupons and $2 million in other assets from the women's Phoenix-area homes.

One of the suspects allegedly bought counterfeit manufacturer coupons overseas and sold them online.

Prosecutors say Ramirez's co-defendants both pleaded guilty to counterfeiting and are facing up to 18-month jail terms.
