SCOTTSDALE ARTS FESTIVAL
The 43rd Annual Scottsdale Arts Festival starts Friday, March 8th and continues all weekend. Over 200 artists will be showing off their works. There'll also be about 20 bands to entertain festival goers. A vareity of food trucks will be there to satisfy different tastes. The Spring of Life Christian Church in Mesa is holding its Savvy Sale. There'll be thousands of used and gently used items for sale, at rock bottom prices. OSTRICH FESTIVAL & RACES
Chandler's Ostrich Festival and races take place all weekend at Chandler's Tumbleweed Park. The park is located off McQueen and Germann. Ostrich races start at various times throughout the day. 3TV will have a Good Morning Arizona Snapbooth. Folks can get their pictures taken for free. If you're looking for a little Aloha Spirit this weekend, then head over to Tempe Beach Park. It's the 19th Annual Arizona Aloha Festival. Thunderbird Road. Visitors can look at and purchase miniature world items. Collectors and dealers from all over the country will be in attendance. Ahwatukee's 9th annual Chili Cookoff and Carnival starts Friday, March 8. It continues on weekend at Ahwatukee Park, near 47th St. and Warner Road. The actual cookoff is Saturday and Sunday. There'll be about 26 cooks or more at each cook off. Winning cooks will get a chance to go to the ICS World Championship Chili Cook off in Palm Springs, CA., for a chance to win $25,000.00.
