Jury deciding life or death for Scottsdale man convicted of killing 2 sons

PHOENIX -- A Maricopa County jury is deciding whether killer dad Andre Leteve will spend the rest of his life in prison or be sentenced to death by lethal injection.
The 40-year-old Scottsdale man has already been convicted by the same jury of two counts of first-degree murder for the 2010 shooting deaths of his 5-year-old son, Alec, and his 1-year-old son, Asher.
After killing his children, Leteve shot himself in the face but survived.
During his long and emotional trial, Leteve was portrayed by prosecutors as a selfish and vindictive man who murdered his two young sons in order to hurt the children's mother and his estranged wife, who was in the process of divorcing him.
