FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – Interstate 40 has been completely reopened following a brief closure Saturday due to the winter weather.
The Arizona Department of Transportation said both the eastbound and westbound lanes are open for travel.
Earlier on Saturday, ADOT announced that the I-40 west of Flagstaff was closed due to hazardous conditions brought on by the ongoing winter storm.
ADOT said they are operating 106 snow plows in Northern Arizona in order to keep the roads open.
