Sugo alla Puttanesca with Gremolata

• 1 Jar of Nonnas Puttanesca
• 3 to 4 Ib Chicken Drumsticks & Thighs with Skin on
• 2 Ib Baby White Potatoes
•  Extra Virgin Olive Oil to drizzle
• Salt & Pepper to taste

• 2 Cloves of Crushed Garlic
• 2 Tbls of Chopped Fresh Italian Parsley
• 1 Tsp Grated Lemon Rind


In a large skillet brown chicken pieces When done place in roasting Pan then add  potatoes.
Pour over 1 jar of  Nonnas Puttanesca sauce
Bake covered @ 375 for 45 mins then remove cover and bake for another 15mins garnish with Gremolata
Serve with Bread
