MESA, Ariz. -- The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office has released the names of a man and woman found dead in Mesa Monday night.

The victims have been identified as Philip Marquis, 70, and Leila Ziegler, 30.

The bodies were found inside a travel trailer behind a home in the area of Crismon Road and Main Street.

It still isn't clear if the victims lived in the trailer. MCSO spokesman Deputy Joaquin Enriquez said the victims were acquaintances.

MCSO officials said Marquis and Ziegler were the victims of a violent murder, but the manner of death is still being reviewed by detectives.

No suspects have been identified at this time.

"The suspect(s) in these murders remains on the loose and presents a significant danger to the community," according to a news release from the sheriff's office.
