Gilbert woman arrested for stabbing husband's phone

GILBERT, Ariz. -- Gilbert police arrested a woman after she allegedly stabbed her husband's cellphone.

Patricia Stradling, 35, was arrested and booked into jail for assault domestic violence, criminal damage domestic violence and disorderly conduct domestic violence.

Officers were called to the 3000 block of South Blue Jay Drive regarding a domestic violence call at approximately 3 a.m. Monday.

Police said Stradling grabbed a knife during an argument with her husband and stabbed his phone. Her husband was able to take the knife away from her without injury.

The husband said he was not threatened or assaulted with the knife.
