PHOENIX -- A Phoenix gun store was robbed early Friday and police are searching for an outstanding suspect.

Police responded to Legendary Guns at 19th Avenue and Colter Street after the alarm was set off. When the first officer arrived on scene, someone was walking out of the building. He was taken into custody.

A perimeter was established and a second suspect was caught shortly afterward. A third suspect is still on the run.

Officers said the suspects had loaded some guns into a vehicle.

"They did a smash-and-grab with one of the cases," said Phoenix police spokesman Sgt. Marty Nickel. "At this point we don't think they got away with any weapons."
