SELIGMAN, Ariz. (AP) -- Authorities in northern Arizona say a suspect is in custody in connection with a shooting in Seligman.

Yavapai County Sheriff's officials say 48-year-old William Martin was arrested at his home Thursday morning and several firearms were recovered.

They say Martin was booked into the Camp Verde Detention Center on suspicion of four counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Authorities say a family of four reported that a man with a semi-automatic handgun fired at their vehicle last Saturday afternoon.

They say the man was driving behind then west of Seligman and honking the horn of his pickup truck. When they pulled off the road, they saw the man had a gun and he allegedly fired up to six shots as they sped away.

There were no reported injuries.
