PHOENIX -- There are winter weather advisories out for portions of California, Utah, Nevada, Montana, Colorado and Wyoming Tuesday night.

Although it’s not a major storm, a lot of areas in the west are getting precipitation. Arizona is not. And we’re not expecting any.

The main storm track looks like its going to stay to the north of Arizona, which means we’ll get some breezes, some clouds at times and slightly cooler temperatures for the end of the week. But no rain or snow.

After that, a ridge of high pressure will build back into Arizona and it looks like temperatures are going to be a bit on the warm side as we head toward Halloween.

Over the next couple of days, in metro Phoenix, look for highs in the mid-80s and overnight lows in the 60s.
