Tempe PD offering reward for robbery suspect

TEMPE, Ariz. -- Tempe Police and Silent Witness are offering a $2,500 reward for information that leads to the arrest and indictment of a man who robbed a CVS pharmacy last month.

The suspect entered the CVS at 1424 West Baseline Road on the afternoon of September 4 and demanded Oxycodone pills from the pharmacy.

The employee gave the suspect pills, and he fled the store on foot. The man then got into a vehicle parked behind the business and left the area.

The suspect is described as a white male between 5 feet 8 inches and 6 feet tall. He weighs between 160 and 175 pounds, has short hair that is reddish blond, and was sporting a goatee when the robbery was committed. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black pants, and black shoes.

His vehicle is said to be a newer silver or gray SUV.
