PHOENIX -- A Valley man who tried to have a sexual relationship with an underage girl will be spending the next couple of years on probation.
Jason Dubin, 32, was in court Friday where he was sentenced to two years of supervised probation.
Dubin was arrested in July 2011 after Phoenix Police discovered that he had been speaking with underage girls online.
Dubin was trying to start a relationship with a 17-year-old girl, and set up a meeting at a Valley business. Dubin also told the girl to bring her 14-year-old friend.
Police arrested Dubin when he arrived at the business to meet the girl.
Last month, Dubin entered a guilty plea to two counts of computer tampering with sexual motivation.
