Chef Dad's Linebacker Crackers

Two 9 oz. Bags of Oyster Crackers
½ Cup Olive Oil
¼ Cup Butter (melted)
1 Hidden Valley Ranch® Dressing Mix Packet
1 tsp. Fresh Dill (finely chopped)
½ tsp. Garlic Powder
½ tsp. Lemon Pepper
¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)

1)    Preheat your oven to 275 degrees.
2)    In a bowl, combine your oil, melted butter, Ranch mix, dill, garlic powder & lemon pepper then whisk together well.
3)    Put your crackers in an extra large bowl then pour the oil mixture over the top then toss with your hands to coat well.  Add the parmesan cheese and toss again.
4)    Spread the crackers over two baking pans then put them in your oven for 20 minutes.  Remove, let cool for 10 minutes then serve.

Cooks Notes: If your grocery store only carries the 16 oz. bag of oyster crackers, one of those will work just fine.  If you & your friends like spicy, add 1 tsp. of cayenne pepper to the mixture.
