PHOENIX -- An alleged drunk driver was arrested early Friday morning after crashing into a Phoenix Police officer.
Charles Hall, 22, was taken into custody and is now facing DUI and endangerment charges.
The officer, who had a prisoner in her car at the time, was traveling westbound on Thomas Road when Hall reportedly ran a red light and hit her vehicle at the 44th Street intersection.
The officer was taken to St. Joseph’s hospital. The extent of her injuries are not known. The prisoner was not hurt in the accident.
