NEAR FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. -- The Arizona Department of Transportation is reporting that Interstate 17 has been reopened northbound at Stoneman Lake north of SR 179 after a tanker truck went off the road.

3TV Viewer Karen Bryant sent in a picture of the scene. It appears a tanker truck went off the interstate, in the median, and down into an underpass area.

The truck lost about 100 gallons of diesel fuel, according to Chief John Welch with the Pinewood Fire District.

"That diesel fuel entered a storm drain under the overpass which flows into a tributary of Oak Creek," said Welch.

An environmental team taking a look at the situation.

Nobody was seriously hurt.

The cause of the crash in under investigation.
