St. Patrick's Day recipes with a twist

TEMPE, Ariz. -- St. Patrick's Day is just a week away. On Tuesday's Good Morning Arizona, the owner of Perfect Pear Bistro showed us a couple of tasty options with a twist.

Chris Hove shared the recipes for the O'Paddy Melt and Asparagus Grilled Cheese on Marble Rye.

The O'Paddy Melt is served on toasted Marble Rye with shaved sirloin, caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, vine ripe tomatoes, chipotle Thousand Island dressing and a four cheese blend.

The Asparagus Grilled Cheese on Marble Rye comes with roasted asparagus, caramelized onion, fresh goat cheese, crisp bacon, spinach and a four cheese blend.

1 oz Goat cheese
1.5 oz Cheese Blend (Provolone, Asiago, Fontina, Romano)

5 Spears of blanched Asparagus cut in half
